After placing an order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order ("Order
Confirmation"). Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to
buy a product. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an email
confirming the shipment of your order (the "Shipping Confirmation"). A contract with us will only be formed when we send you
the Shipping Confirmation. The contract will relate only to those products whose shipment we have confirmed in the Shipping
Confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time before we have accepted it and we may rescind our
acceptance and cancel your order where there has been an obvious error in price or where the product is no longer in our or
our third party fulfillment provider's inventory.


Rugs of Nations will ship your order product via FedEx or UPS. Your rug order with Rugs of Nations will be fulfilled by the
delivery date set out in the Shipping Confirmation or, if no delivery date is specified, then Rugs of Nations representative will
contact you within a reasonable time of the date ofthe Shipping Confirmation.


You can initiate a return within 48 hours of delivery by contacting Rugs of Nations for a full refund 562-270-1700. You must
return items in unused condition. We must receive your returned items at our warehouse within 10 days. We inspect all
returned items and award a full refund for returns rugs in original condition, a partial refund for used products. lfthe return is a
result of our error or defective product, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges. If you initiate a
return after two weeks, Rugs of Nations may issue a partial refund* depending on elapsed time and condition of rugs.
Refund Policy: You can expect your refund within 7 days from the date you return your rugs.
