If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Persian & Oriental Rug, you may return it for an exchange or fully refund. Please contact us when you receive the shipment to discuss your concern and we will make an easy way to return the rug to us. This is for your protection, as well as ours. One of our Rug consultants will guide you through the return process such as: proper wrapping package and provide you with a Return Authorization code. In order to return the rug to our warehouse, we require you return the rug in a properly wrapped within agreed time frame in unused condition. No restocking fee will required.

Damaged on transit

If a package with a Rug you received damaged in transit, please make sure to notify delivery person and make a note on the shipping document and notify us as soon as possible so a claim can be processed.
